Josh chose the view at Twin Peaks for his marriage proposal to Christina in hopes of showcasing the panoramic view of the city they love in San Francisco. Hoping for the most unobstructed view possible, Josh preferred shooting in the morning time to avoid possible crowds for his surprise engagement. Being such a scenic view, there were crowds nevertheless, but they were respectful by not walking through as he got down on one knee and asked the most important question of his life. Christina immediately gasped in wonder as she looked down on her soon to be fiance in disbelief. They were all smiles the entire time, as Christina giddily showed off the ring for the camera and embraced Josh with hugs and kisses and shed tears of joy.
It had been a few years since I last went to Twin Peaks and I forgot how photogenic this vantage point is of the beautiful San Francisco area. With stunning views of the Marin Headlands and Golden Gate Bridge on one side and a panoramic view of San Francisco on the other side, one could argue this is the best view of San Francisco and one would not be wrong. It is a wonder why more people don’t propose here!
Congratulations Josh and Christina on the marriage proposal!!!
